.040" ALUMINUM TENSION ROOF BOW SYSTEM
Strick's aluminum tension roof bow system improves the strength of the design and maintains a taut ceiling structure that provides a roof crown to facilitate water run-off. An extra bow in the front and rear helps with racking stability.
The tension roof design versus bonded roof allows quicker, stressfree
maintenance if replacing.
GALVANIZED, BOLT-IN REAR ROCK GUARD
Protects taillights from rocks and debris while offering a secure fit and easy access for maintenance.
5 FRONT POSTS
Front posts provide superior strength and longevity to the front wall panel. Interior corner protectors protect both freight and trailer in the front corners of the van.
THREE-PIECE NOSE RAIL
Separate cast aluminum corner caps provide greater resistance to damage in this vulnerable area. When damage does occur, replacement parts and labor are less expensive than comparable one-piece nose rail repairs.
SPLIT WIRE HARNESS WITH RETURN GROUND
The Phillips Q-Box on the nose provides convenient access to connection terminals and allows more room for accessories such as dome lights, flood lights, lift gates, tire inflation system, etc. There are also additional conduit/wire ways in the
upper coupler which can be used for future add-on equipment by Strick trailer owners.
REAR DOORS
Can be either swing (standard) or overhead configuration. Doors are constructed with .5” composite material making them light weight yet durable and long-lasting.

UNIFIED UPPER COUPLER ASSEMBLY
Engineered as one piece with an integral aft section and turned up front lip for superior structural integrity. In conjunction, 5/16” thick pickup and fifth wheel plates are included to prevent degradation and wear, from even the most rigorous drop and hook applications.
GALVANIZED OVERHEAD DOOR TRACK PROTECTORS
Standard on all overhead door trailers and prevent overhead door tracks from potential forklift damage.
SUSPENSION
Strick's standard suspension can either be a Hendrickson Vantraax HKANT40K air ride with Quik-Draw slider pin extractor, Surelok anti-dock walk and no dump valve or a Hutchens 40K Series 10 spring ride with 22,500 lb Meritor axles and 2 leaf high arch springs to provide durable performance extending service life, reducing downtime and protecting cargo. 1 3/8” full laminated oak flooring provides a long-lasting, durable floor with a high load rating.
LINING
Choices of HDPE (HDPE white standard), fiberglass, or plywood can be installed to accommodate your specific operational needs.
SCUFF
Panels are built tough to minimize abuse and high-impact damage caused by forklifts, pallets, crates, and cargo. Scuff comes in a variety of materials, shapes, and sizes to protect the sidewalls and flooring of any trailer.
ECK CORROSION COATING
ECK is a lifetime rust inhibitor applied to the steel crossmember clips and across the king pin and rear frame assembly side plates.
5" WIDE CROSSMEMBER CLIPS
5" wide crossmember clips provide improved bottom rail connection strength and longevity over the industry standard.
PLASTIC FOAM and BARRIER TAPE
Strick includes both plastic and foam barrier tape that is securely fastened to the front king pin assembly front wrap on each trailer which ensures longevity of the aluminum at the nose of the trailer. This barrier tape also helps to protect cargo inside the van from possible moisture at the nose of the trailer.
ADDED EXTRAS AT SUSPENSION REGION
Supporting the suspension, Strick's slide rail holes make it easy to slide in tight delivery radius situations. Strick also incorporates heavier bottom flanged crossmembers at the running gear which provides a better weld joint to the slide track and enables extra balance. Added triangular gussets at each crossmember improves lateral stability to the track.
